I tired to use the chatbot to get somewhere and there is no option for my particular problem. I am obviously not going to pay this money for a laptop that I have never owned or even seen. I have since found out that they 'forgot' to refund the 3 year warrenty I paid £81.60 for. I demended an order cancellation and refund. Then, after paying my money, lenovo informed me that delivery would actually take several days. I ordered a laptop on the promise of next day delivery, I was leaving the country 3 days later. Do not buy from Lenovo, nor use any of their services. It has now been more than 2 months since the original laptop was delivered and I have neither a working laptop nor my money back. Finally, another querying email again was ignored. An email response to my complaint gave me a fake order number and lied about a replacement again. 2 weeks post-receiving the laptop, Lenovo still had not contacted me about a replacement, so I called customer services where I was lied to about a replacement being processed. After 2 weeks of emailing back and forth, I had authorisation to return the laptop for a replacement. Going through technical support was challenging since their opening hours are only 9-5 weekdays when most people are busy working. Within 2 days of use, the laptop was already crashing and BSOD. I forgave that since it was the lead up to Christmas. I ordered a high spec custom Yoga Slim and received it approximately 4 days late. I'm sure that they can further inspect the machine physically and offer a resolution under a reasonable price both parties would agree on." So basically, its under warranty, has developed a hardware fault, fix it yourself!!!! Make sure to know how their store & repair policy works first before you bring the machine to them. There appears to be a clear need of service for the tablet due to hardware defect since the issue still persist even if you've already used multiple chargers. I highly advise you to have it checked with any local repair facility in your area instead. I get this "And I'm sorry to know that the same still happens. It won't charge beyond 28%, so as is usual, they fob you off with, have you let it discharge? Have you tried other chargers, have you tried our diagnostics tool, hold vol button down for 10 seconds (nothing happens). Bought a Lenovo Yoga tb-x705f, in November 2001, with 2 years warranty.
